Azee 500 mg Tab(Azithromycin) 

Azee 500 tab is made by Cipla Ltd. and is used in the treatment of bacterial infection. Its main ingredient is Azithromycin which is used to treat infections of tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin and lungs. It is also used in the treatment of pneumonia that is also considered as bacterial infection. Functionally it works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. It further stops bacteria from growing and prevents the infection from spreading. 

This tab should be taken with food and also at a fixed interval of time. This drug is 500mg and should be advised to adults only above 12 years of age.
